Dear Friends,
It was great to see so many people attend our recent
Residents & Relatives meetings at Manns Avenue and
Wycombe Road. Please mark your calendars with the date for
our next meeting – Thursday January 18, 2018 at 10am at
Wycombe Road and 2pm on the same day at Manns Avenue.
We had some great suggestions put forward at the meetings.
For example, Wycombe Road residents have requested an
additional entertainer each week and Manns Avenue
residents asked for the hedge around the Green to be Lorna, Ruth and Phil at Pets on the Lawn
reduced to allow residents in wheelchairs to better admire
the view. Consider these suggestions accepted! These
meetings are a great opportunity to get to know each other
and to have a say in your home.

Christmas is fast approaching. Please feel welcome to join us
over Christmas. There will be lots of opportunities to join in
our festive activities. Our Leisure & Lifestyle staff will fill in the
details! We are looking forward to families and friends
visiting. Can I please take this opportunity to ask that any pets
Lorita and Norman at the Melbourne Cup celebrations
who visit come on leashes and are supervised at all times. A
reminder that all new clothing needs to be labelled. Christmas
gifts of clothing can be labelled quickly for you by staff, we
just need to be advised. Coffee for visitors is now available in
the Ground Floor Piano Room at Manns Avenue, please help
yourself next time you visit. I wish you a peaceful and Happy
Christmas and another great New Year!
