How is it different to what we have now?
There won’t be any distinguishable changes from 1
July in how we deliver care to our residents,
however over time you will see a greater focus on
us encouraging our residents to make day-to-day
choices so they have control over their lives and us
focusing on our residents goals, preferences as well
as their needs. While we currently have strong
partnerships in place between our residents,
families and staff, there will be greater emphasis
placed on these partnerships under the new Quality
Standards.
