Meet Su Doak

Su is the Chef at William Cape Gardens. She joined
William Cape Gardens in May this year. Prior to moving to
the Central Coast, Su owned and operated a bistro in the
Blue Mountains where she lived for most of her life. She
raised three children of her own, one son is now living in For the Diary
Queensland, the other two, twins live here on the Central
Coast, which is why Su moved from the Blue Mountains,
to be with her family. Date Event
