Message from teachers

Dear Maple Tree Children and Parents
First and always, thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to work with and care for your
children, as well as, the chance to get to know you more in the past two years. With the children,
we had good times exploring people, places, and things around us. We observe, ask questions,
learn, and we create. I remember our projects, “Water” and “HDB” in K1, “Waste”, “K2 Camp”,
“Primary One”, and lastly “Concert” in K2. I am happy to see children raise up their hands
in class, sharing their thoughts, saying, “I wonder what would happen if…or I wonder why.”
Children, I appreciate your curiosity and ability. I hope you always remember to be respectful to
others, hardworking and helpful, kind and safe, responsible of your actions and own up to your
consequences. It is very important that you can collaborate with others and get the job done.
Continue to show others of your good actions!
Parents, my utmost respect and gratitude to your kind support in helping me carry out my
teaching responsibilities with the Maple Tree Children. I truly enjoy communicating with you,
exchanging views about the children. I hope we will keep in touch for many years to come. To
my Partner of six years, Yi Chieh Laoshi, words are not enough to say how fortunate I am to have
you with me all these years. We have been working side by side, trying our best, to support the
children, parents, and each other. I would not be able to do it without you. Thank you so much
from the bottom of my heart.

亲爱的孩子们：「很久很久以前有一个枫香树班，里面有15个可爱又充满活力的小朋友还有两个“妈妈”…」
，这篇故事是属于我们的故事，我记得故事里提到的：「两位“妈妈”带15位孩子去购物商场报佳音、到森林
里探险，在圣路加乐龄关怀中心与长辈互动，还有新冠肺炎疫情的阻断期间，妈妈们好想念孩子们。学校重新
开学后，在三日露营里孩子们勇敢尝试新挑战，在毕业表演中海洋生物们的可爱模样。」我想我会在你们毕业
后想你们时，一遍又一遍地细细阅读和回味这篇故事！
这两年的时间里我们一起在枫香树班成长，小小的你们，学习勇敢，学习面对错误，学习合作与礼让，这对你
们来说真的不容易，但你们却做到了！未来无论你们在何处，请记得做一位善良有责任感的孩子，友爱他人，
敬重长辈，珍惜资源。
亲爱的家长们：感谢你们成为我们最强的夥伴，因着你们的支持和信任，孩子们的学习路上，一路上都有光
芒！ 请继续带着孩子们快乐前行，祝你们幸福美满！

亲爱的夥伴 Teacher Linda以及K2团队：这两年辛苦了！我非常享受和你们共事的时光，我们一起完成了很
多“不可能的任务”，能遇见你们真的是我很大的福气！谢谢你们！
