B. YOUR HUMAN PROMPT

TELL YOUR STORY - Let’s make your past your power.
We’re going to build a Life^Work story that’s honest, strategic, and grounded in who you’re
becoming - not just who you’ve been. Start with the TASKED framework to explore what matters
               most:
               TASKED: 6 Story Building Blocks

                   · T – TALENTS = Your superpowers - natural or developed abilities. What superpowers or
strengths do you naturally lead with? What are your strengths in life rather than in work?
This could be skills or character traits.

                   · A – ATTITUDE = Your mindset and Traits. Are you a drain or a radiator? Glass half full or
empty? Easy to work with or the difficult one? Linchpin? Can do or problem is?
Approachable or prickly? This is about your mindset and how you show up every day.
What would your family or colleagues say? What happens when you are put under
                       pressure versus in flow?

                   · S – SKILLS = Your resources. What Skills do you consistently use - and enjoy doing? Go
through your career and map out the skill stacks that have helped you succeed? What
skills paired with your expertise make you different to others? What skills you have will be
                       replaced or augmented by AI?

                   · K – KNOWHOW (Your Expertise, POV and Wisdom) and KNOWWHO (Your network) =
Your value. Where do you have real depth as the GoTo person in your field? How does
your expertise give you the edge? How well connected are you in your field, with
                       colleagues and within your community?

                   · E – EXPERIENCE = Your past journey. How has your education shaped who you have
become? How has your career to date made you the person that you are? When and how
often have you pivoted or reinvented who you are? How can that be defined through your
successes and challenges? What projects were turning points in your career and why?

                   · D – DELIVERABLES = Impact and results. What do you bring to the table? What have you
delivered or created - and what did it lead to?

Let’s get you clear on the story that’s already there and the one you want to tell. Let’s ease into
               this…

Use all or some of these questions to guide your thinking:

                   1. When someone says “So, what do you do?” - how do you normally respond?
                   2. How do you feel about introducing yourself? What’s easy or awkward?
                   3. Try this: What would your 8-word bumper sticker say right now? - and what would you
like it to say a year from now?
                   4. What’s the recurring theme across all the things you’ve done?
                   5. What parts of your story do you usually hide - but might actually matter most?
                   6. What feels like the thread or golden line that ties your work, roles, and strengths together?
                   7. What’s something you’ve done that you're proud of - even if you rarely talk about it?
                   8. What role do you often play in teams, projects or relationships - even without a title?
