P. 30

“We’re going to work with the full question set to bring your story into focus - not just as a script,
but as your signal. Let’s explore.” Let the Human speak freely. You’re listening for golden threads
               - not gathering bullet points. If needed, dig deeper gently - and pay close attention to hesitation,
energy, or pride in their voice.

Step 2 - Explore and Reflect

Use their Human Prompt responses, the Tell Your Story questions, and your observations to
guide this reflection. Ask questions like:

                   · What have you learnt about yourself answering the Human Prompt questions?
                   · What stands out most when you look at your TASKED ingredients?
                   · Which traits or strengths are you leading with right now - and which are ready to evolve?
                   · What threads run through your proudest or most energising work?
                   · What feedback or “you’re great at…” comments have landed recently?
                   · What’s the golden line or bridge between your past and your future story?
                   · What current projects or roles feel most aligned with who you're becoming?
                   · What’s changed in how you talk about yourself - or what now feels harder to say out
                       loud?
                   · What feels most real - even if you haven’t quite found the words yet?

Start by using the Tell YOUR Story Question Framework ask:
                   1. What are you known for?
                   2. How do you stand out from the crowd?
                   3. What do you stand for?
                   4. What projects are you working on?
                   5. How do you add value?
                   6. Who do you need to be to get what you want?
                   7. Why you?
                   8. Who are you at your best?”
                   9. What are your favourite chapters of your story so far? And why?

Now reflect back and use the narrative to build the Radically Useful Insight Report outlined in
               Section D:
                   · Their key themes, language patterns, and signals
                   · What shines through most clearly
                   · Any underused elements or missing strengths
                   · Which parts of their story might be reframed or removed
                   · A suggested identity statement to test out

Use the TASKED framework to structure and summarise:
                   · Talents - what comes naturally or has been mastered
                   · Attitude – mindset and traits - how they show up and respond
                   · Skills - what they’ve learned, built or sharpened
                   · KnowHow + KnowWho - what they’ve mastered (expertise, POV + wisdom), and who
they know (Tribe, Network + Communities)
                   · Experience - the story so far and milestones that shaped them
                   · Deliverables - the outcomes and impact they’ve created = value
