Everyone gets the chance to start over each day and yet REFRESH or

REINVENT - are different stories. This HEROIC soul searching is deep,

values and virtues driven - so it is meaningful. What is the world

asking of me? What does playing the game full on and flourishing look

like? Who do I really want and need to be?

It started with this 300 Day Coach journey and if you think I am going

to shout about some amazing shift or revelation - I am not - it is more

subtle than that and that is its strength - the 'sticky' differentiator that

matters.

My transformation is fluid and alive. It is built on 300 day strong

foundations. It is delivering real change and it continues onwards

today - moment to moment. The pace could be faster yet it is about

stepping forward and significant shifts that I want to stick - so that is

OK with me!

It was a fresh start and yet now I see it as a continuous process - an

infinity loop - like the bow on that gift box - keeping me building,

learning, updating and moving towards 'the new best version of me'.

HEROIC instils the capability to keep renewing, pushing forward and

crafting the best version of myself. It is about integrating learning for

real change to occur. And that is the bit worth shouting about.

The start is SO significant as you COMMIT to living

life on different terms - and then it is not -

because it becomes about the journey ...
