     7. Next Step Using Your Basecamp Intro
One in person place to test your new story – A Meeting or a Networking Event Introduction
(e.g. How to introduce yourself in a room: confident, clear, and human - not just your job title)
               8. Radically Useful Insights
2 radically useful insights that elevate my story or take it in a new direction - that I might not
have considered before. Examples for Chatty:
→ You’ve been telling your story through roles - but your real power is in your responses
What you did matters less than how you moved. Start by naming three moments when you
surprised even yourself - those might be your most defining signals
→ You’ve hidden the messier chapters but they hold your credibility
The pivot. The rebuild. The unfinished project. These moments often reveal your character,
not your flaws. Try weaving one of them into your story and notice how your presence
                   deepens
               9. Destination + Basecamp 1
                   · Transformation Destination: To craft and own your identity narrative - a flexible,
confidence-anchoring story that connects your past to your future and communicates
who you are without sounding like anyone else. You no longer freeze when someone says
“So… what do you do?” You know how to answer in a way that feels human, true, and
                       compelling.
                   · Basecamp 1: Each one feels like you and you’ve practised saying them out loud (in the
shower, in the mirror, on walks). You’ve tried using one in a real-world space (bio, post,
email, call, comment) - and you’re refining as you go. This isn’t performance. It’s
                       presence.
                   · Your first 3 moves:
Ø Mindset Shift: “My story has my power and I own this – and get to shape what it
                          means and how it’s told.”
Ø Habit: Draft three versions of your “Hello World” intro - try different tones for
different situations. Then say one out loud 50+ times until it feels natural - preferably
in the shower or car where you can be loud and unapologetically YOU, and in front
of a mirror so you can live into a Zoom call!
Ø Action: Use one version in real life this week - in a comment, DM, about section, call,
or intro message. See what lands. Then reflect: What felt like you? What didn’t? Refine
                          and repeat.
Note for ChatGPT: Your job is to honour who I’ve been - and help me show up clearly as who
               I’m becoming.
Let’s get proud, get loud - and get seen
Your story isn’t a résumé. It’s the part of your reputation you can craft.
