Thank you so much for taking the time to show me round your offices and
giving us the opportunity to provide a quotation. I attach the Hathaway
specification of work based upon on our discussion of your current business
cleaning needs. As agreed I include costs for our core offering, an
additional 6 month blitz and our current consumables price list. If there is
anything omitted please just let me know.

As a leading local solicitors practice with many clients regularly visiting the
premises we understand the importance of maintaining very high
standards of cleanliness throughout the offices – so that it is an attractive
place to visit and work in. I propose our cleaner David Muggle would be
working at your premises and prior to proceeding would gladly arrange for
him to visit you at the offices.
