Hathaway Cleaning Services Scope of Work
The Scope - what you need doing
Your Business: 4 Partner Legal Practice based from Stratford upon Avon.
The Premises: The offices are in a traditional town house in the centre of
Stratford upon Avon and are over 3 floors as follows:
• Ground Floor: Hallway, Reception, Stairs, Toilet, Meeting Room 1 and Kitchen
• First Floor: Hallway, Stairs, Toilet, 3 Offices, 1 Meeting Room
• Second Floor: 1 Office, Open Plan Office space for 4 and a Kitchenette
Number of employees: 16. One employee in Office 6 with dust allergies.
Service required: 1 cleaner working 2 hours twice a week – we propose
Wednesday 5pm to 7pm and Saturday 11am to 1pm.
1 complimentary blitz clean on commencement and a further blitz clean
mid year.
Prices provided for extras - consumables and reception/ meeting room 1
weekly flowers.
Timing: Out of hours service to include alarm setting and key holder
responsibilities.
