Hathaway Cleaning Services Quotation
From May 2015 for Hathaway Cleaning Services to provide Lucas
Macey Solicitors with:
• One dedicated cleaner for a twice weekly 2 hour out of hours office
cleaning service as listed within our scope and specification.
(Holiday and any absence cover would also be arranged).
• Alarm and key holding duties.
• Hathaway cleaning services will provide all cleaning equipment,
cleaning fluids and uniforms.
• Initial Hathaway Blitz on taking over the cleaning contract.
• Quarterly service reviews.
This would cost £280.00 per calendar month based upon a 52 week
service. The monthly fee will be reviewed with you annually.
The cost for the additional Hathaway Blitz clean will be £260.00 to
include spot carpet cleaning and internal window cleaning but not
external window cleaning. This can be paid in 4 instalments if required.
Additional consumables or extras as detailed in the price would be
charged for one month in arrears based upon consumption.

The CRB security check would be charged at cost which is £62.00.
