These exercises are difficult and a little boring. However, it will really
help if you spend some time working on them because it will give you less
to think about at the table when you begin to recognise them.
You will get to the stage where you start to recognise suit holdings like
those shown above and remember how to play them. This will be less
wear and tear on your brain.

Play the Ace first and then small towards the Queen. If this wins cross
back to West and play small towards the Jack.
This play wins when the King is with North or the opponents cards
break 3-3
The point is that without your side holding the 10 you should not
finesse as this could cost a trick if North has the
King and South holds four cards to the 10. Like K 4
