        Count quick tricks by power. Spades - 2, Hearts - 5, Diamonds - 1,
        Clubs - 0. Total - 8

        Add tricks from other sources.
        Slow tricks by power. Spades - 0, Hearts - 0, Diamonds - 0, Clubs - 1.
        Total so far 9.
        Tricks by length. Maybe you can trump the fourth diamond in dummy.
        Note that this is a new sort of trick by length that only occurs in trump
        contracts.
        Tricks by position. Possibly 1 in diamonds if either West has led away
        from the King or East has the King.
            So we have nine tricks and two possible sources for the tenth.
        Losers check. We have 3 - the ÊA and two diamonds. That is okay.
        Manage the hand. The real danger is that West’s lead is a singleton and
