bow, then turned and left. The lady turned back to Chellejary. “They’re taken care of in
a place no one will ever find them. As for you little sister, come. We have much to
discuss.” She told her as she signaled with two fingers to follow. Chellejary glared
skeptically but followed behind. ‘What did she mean by little sister? What is going on?'
she wondered in thought to herself. The lady had called her this more than once now so
what did she mean by it?
The two walked down another cave canal into a merpool cove. Chellejary’s eyes
widened. Everything about this place felt torn. It felt like home but it felt so wrong at
the same time. As if it was a horrible memory rather than a dream. The pain and
thickness of the air were so thick it was heavy and hard to breath and to move. It
wasn’t negative and evil but it felt …. unsettling.
“What is this place?” Chellejary tried to ask as she looked around with unease. “This
little sister is where our mother once lived. Before you took her life.. Away…... (she took
a moment for the words to sink deep before she spoke again. Chellejary’s eyes widened in
shock as to what she was accused of. She hadn’t recalled ever taking a life) That’s right

me. The king asked for a Siren heart but instead of waiting he took her life and gave it
to you! To spear YOUR LIFE! ( she took a moment to re-collect herself) So a part of my
mother is in a human now! Who I despise. Collectively enough your merhybrid powers
are the only thing keeping the darkness away… (Chellejary was shockEd but felt
sympathy towards the lady.) I told myself I had to find who possessed all this great
power of the Oceans before the Sugenahobeo or the Tarkainon (Tare-cain-nun).
Don’t think for a moment that I do not loathe you and your kind. Because I do .
I loathe your kind so deep with a rage of passion. The only real reason I brought you
here and haven’t harmed you. Was to protect my mother's heart…. Despite everything!...
She lives as a heartbeat inside of you! Even now as you stand here before me in my
presents. I have the urge to keep you safe, rather than to kill you. And though it pains
me to look upon your face. Every inch of my body tells me to destroy you. But my heart
