Integrity is a highly valuable and respected quality
of leadership. It is the embodiment of one’s moral
principles and values and is the foundation of trust
in a leader. A leader with integrity can be trusted
to keep their word and act with honesty, justice,
and fairness. They will not take advantage of their
power or manipulate people to achieve their own
goals. Integrity means not only being honest but also
