Ref lections on Leadership

          Being a great leader requires more than having power;
          it requires having the skill to empower others.  A
          great leader will create a culture that encourages and
          values collaboration from everyone in the team. They
          empower their team members to take ownership of
          their work, inspiring them to take the lead and become
          influencers. When team members are empowered in
          this way, they become highly motivated to strive for
          excellence,  even  when faced  with  adversity. Great

          District                                               This is an important  concept  for any leader  to
                                                                 understand, as it is essential to creating a supportive
                                                                 and collaborative team environment.
                                                                 As a leader, you don’t have to be the most talented
                                                                 or successful person in the room to motivate  and
                                                                 inspire your team. Nor is it about showing off how
                                                                 great you are; it’s about how great they can be.
                                                                 Showing your team that you believe in their abilities
                                                                 and value their efforts is the key to inspiring them
                                                                 to  reach  their  full  potential.  Focus on  highlighting
                                                                 their  strengths and  encouraging  them  to  achieve
                                                                 their  goal.  By recognizing  the  individual  strengths
                                                                 of each team member and providing them with the
