Sleeping Room Reservations
Please note the following important information about sleeping room
accommodations at the 64th Annual Conference & Exposition.
J.W. Marriott Starr Pass Resort

Room rate: $120/night plus taxes (Standard room: $138.46 per night inclusive of taxes)
Room reservations will open at 10:00 am Arizona Time on Wednesday, May 24, 2017.
Wait List will open at 12:00 pm Arizona Time on Wednesday, June 14. 2017.
Room Reservation will be accepted ON-LINE ONLY.
Cancellation Policy at the J.W. Marriott Starr Pass Resort: All rooms at the J.W. Marriott Starr Pass have been reserved
under the AASBO block. Room reservations will not be honored outside this block. Rooms must be confirmed via a valid
credit card. No penalty for cancellations received by June 9, 2017. Rooms cancelled between June 9, 2017 and July
7, 2017 will incur a charge for one night’s accommodations. The full rate of the reservation plus applicable tax will be
charged for any cancellations made after July 7, 2017. The credit card given at the time of the original reservation will
be charged for any and all related fees. No refunds will be issued. If a cancellation is needed, guests may designate an-
other individual to assume their room reservation. Please contact the J.W. Marriott for any questions concerning sleeping
room accommodations, billing, cancellations or name changes. If the Starr Pass Resort & Spa rooming block sells out,
AASBO will keep a wait list for those interested in additional rooms. Please be sure to register for the wait list on June
14, 2017 at 12:00 pm. Please note: having your name on the waiting list does not guarantee availability at the Starr
Pass Resort & Spa.
