Change is inevitable, and it is often stressful. Join
Riley Long from Valley Schools for a 50 minute
yoga session, to practice letting go of changes and
distractions and finding your inner calm. During
this mindfulness session, you will practice paying
attention to your breath, body, and what you can
control. For this session, please wear comfortable
clothing and bring water.

All first-time attendees are invited to a
brief meeting on Thursday, July 21 from
8:30 am to 8:50 am. The AASBO Board of
Directors welcome you and provide you
with an orientation regarding the events
of the 69th Annual Conference and Expo-
sition. There will be a door prize drawing
for a lucky first-timer at this meeting.

One of the highlights of the 69th Annual
Summer Conference and Exposition is the
opportunity for conference attendees to
visit and learn from more than 200 exhibits
displaying products and services, including
the latest in technological advances available
for public schools. This is an excellent time
for you to evaluate and compare as well as to
speak to the vendors themselves. There will be
door prize drawings throughout the time the
exhibition is open. Admission is by conference
