3.2. Crash characteristics and their relation with the 311 reports

Table 3 shows the result of the proposed method to generate association rules between accident and environmental report
data based on the pre-defined threshold values including Sup > 30% minConf ≥ 40% and minLift ≥ 1.1 . If the
accident happened on an “intersection”, and also “sanitation” and “street cleaning” request submitted, in 76% confidence the
crash belongs to a “motor vehicle” driver who drives on the highway and at the same time a “highway maintenance” report
submitted, for example.
