Content Management System
EASYTRACK
EasyTrack is software that has been developed specifically for the Television Distribution & Acquisition Industry. EasyTrack handles the entire acquisition, rights, sales and fulfillment process and seamlessly ties all the processes together to greatly improve productivity and profits.
The legal module for EasyTrack was specifically customized for the Off the Fence workflow and is fully integrated with our finance, acquisitions and traffic departments. This means that we can take a catalogue with its prior sales history and ingest remarkably quickly.
Deliverables
MEDIA SERVICES – Digital Asset Management
As of January 2020, Off the Fence set up its own in-house technical operations team for material ingest and workflow, called Media Services. With a team of 7 people, we are fully set up to service our clients fast and effectively. The new system also puts us ahead of technology and we are working with some of the most up to date operational systems to keep ahead of the developing software trends to create better, long lasting materials.
Media Services are currently looking after the entire Off the Fence Distribution and Off the Fence Production’s material needs. Having a large team will enable us to be much more flexible, cost effective and adapt much faster to constant developments within the modern ever-changing technical landscape.
