We stopped in many other districts including the
artistic Il Caminito where the first tango night
club was built, La Boca, San Telmo, Palermo, the
most expensive district, and the revived Rio Plata
Harbor which now prides itself with tall modern
high rises of offices and apartment buildings.
None of these modern buildings were there when
we first visited.
