police, who usually start by sending a couple of patrol cars. Guards and police

are, as I see it, a first wave that needs to be passivized in a way that they can not
sound any further alarm within the time period we need for our investigations. ”

"Ahh, now I'm in, it makes sense."

"We must be gone before the next wave of police arrives, so therefore we need
to operate lightning fast. I reckon we have half an hour from the time we start

until the end. Within that time, we must have collected material and examined

                   the offices thoroughly. ”
"Okay, that should probably be possible," replies Erik.

"Simultaneously with the fact that we are investigating Kräsen, Karin and Ahmed
are collecting material in the police archive in a similar operation with largely

the same procedure. There is the difference that the operation in the police

archive would like to take place without anyone discovering it, but as I expect, it
is unfortunately probably impossible. The essential in operation GUSTAV is the

power. The first thing that needs to happen in both operations is that we cut off

the power in the buildings and we need to operate in the dark in both places. It is
one thing; the other is “silence. We do not communicate, we agree on fixed

points, and we keep them. The idea is that it should not be possible to trace us
through the voices or the language. ”

                     "Well, received."

They end the conversation and Tom slows down. A sign shows 10 kilometres to
the centre. They drive quietly through Munich, towards the industrial district

                   called the weekly quarter.

One impressive corporate domicile replaces the other. For the most part, the
building style is kept for two-or-three-storey buildings that are similar to each

other. As they reach a large square in the middle of the area, Tom holds the

Mercedes to the side. He can see Kräsen's impressive headquarters.
The eight large buildings in total, unlike the other buildings in the area, are eight

storeys high and located so that they form a longitudinal hose shape; in the

middle is the old main building, which seems small with its only four floors. The
main building is built in neoclassical style with pompous doors and beautifully

curved cornices. The building is more like a palace than an office building. Above
the entrance there are large, convoluted letters CONSTRUCTED 1853. In front of
