attention; it’s dated back to January 2004. Bonnert and his family have had the
magazine DER BILD's reporter and a photographer visit their private ski cabin in
Austria.
Klaus Bonnert suddenly looks significantly bigger here, almost like an amateur
bodybuilder. It gives the impression that he might have started to supplement
his training with steroids. His face has gradually undergone a huge change as
well. Even though he it looks like he’s working out a lot, his face looks hardened
and old, like a sports coach. His eyes give off an expression of hardship. It’s
impossible to say whether he has received any kind of facelift over the years.
Tom browses through more pictures of Bonnert and his wife Mariann, who are
twenty years younger than him. The couple were married five years earlier at a
pompous wedding, where the overall colour theme was white, pink and light
blue – guests has been told to strictly wear the colours. Mariann looked she just
graduated from high school girl in the pictures; it’s hard for Tom to age her
precisely. The German gossip-press loved it, and Bonnert looked like someone
who was in ecstasy over the big media craze that the event of the wedding was.
While Tom skims BILD's idyllic snow report, he suddenly stumbles upon a place
in the interview where Bonnert is asked how he feels about his new nickname
"The Bulldog". Bonnert's answer is: “I think it’s a positive thing. A bulldog is a
very faithful dog, and I have proven my loyalty for many years over and over. My
aim with Kräsen is to bring the German people the best products. ”
There are a number of TV features with Bonnert, recent interviews and
advertisements for various dairy products. Bonnert always speaks very fast and
he ends his sentences in a big smile. In recent years, he started blinking with one
eye rapidly, as if it was a tick, and then he started gesticulating by making a small
circle with his thumb and index finger, which he holds up in front of the camera
as a kind of trademark, as he’s talking.
There is one more picture in an article in FINANCE with the headline: ALONE
AGAIN. It is from last year and is about the divorce between Gustav Kräsen and
his wife. At the bottom of the article, there is a small picture of Gustav Kräsen on
his way out in a large, black Mercedes. It's a very blurry paparazzi photo. Gustav
Kräsen is wearing a long cotton coat with a black scarf with white dots wrapped
elegantly around his neck. His big, smart sunglasses and a white Nike cap, which
