Visitors’ Information
SPECIAL NOTE: No program shall arrive earlier than 4:45pm due to bell times.
Parking (Buses & 18 wheelers) & Directions to Stadi- um
All buses will enter from the Ninth Grade Center (NGC) entrance off of Westbank Dr. at the Southeast end of the school by the double practice fields. Buses will park between the NGC building and practice fields.
Band 18-wheelers will park on the right side of the building near the cafeteria delivery dock. Groups will walk around the building and up a hill to the stadium. All Participants will enter the visitor ramp to the track/ field. SEE PARKING MAP ON PAGE 7.

All Participants will enter the visitor ramp to the track/ field. Spirit Group Seating is in Sections P & Q.
Visitors Warm Up:
Visiting bands will warm up behind the north end zone. Band equipment will be brought through the visitor entrance and stored in north endzone along the fence. Drill Teams, flags and color guards will warm up in areas around the field not occupied by other groups (north endzone).
Refreshments Allowed
Spirit groups may bring only water into the stadium through the designated visitor entrance. All items/bags brought in are subject to being searched.
Prop Limitations
Props that will damage or mark an artificial field surface will not be allowed. No band equipment may be on the side-lines before half-time. All items must be kept past the end line at the north end of the field.
Jumbotron/ PA System Policy
No music or excessive announcements should be played/ made during band and drill team performances. This includes a stadium march-in by the home band, half-time performances, and between quarters. Visiting Band may play between the 1st & 2nd quarters. Home band will play between the 3rd and 4th quarters.
