Coaches:
We look forward to hosting your team at Westlake High School’s Chaparral Stadium this season!
Enclosed in this packet you will find 12 Visitor Parking Passes and 15 Sideline Passes, Stadium and Ticketing Information and Maps. Your uniformed spirit groups and coaches do not require a pass for the sidelines. We suggest you give these passes to any student media, photographers, school administrators, etc., that will accompany you to the game.
Sideline Passes do not act as admission to the game. Please make sure all passes are clearly visible at all times.
All tickets will be sold via eTix. No cash sales at the gate. Mobile devices only. Visitors’ tickets are $9.00 adults / $5.00 students. The link is here: http://bit.ly/chapsvisi- tortickets Tickets go on sale the Monday of game week at 8:00am.

*All sideline pass requests must be made at least two days in advance of the game through the WHS Athlet- ics Office. Contact Cadie Evans at cevans@eanesisd for requests.
Procedures for Eanes ISD Chaparral Stadium for Foot- ball & Soccer

Visiting Team:
Team buses arrive at the stadium entrance located on Camp Craft Rd. Team buses will park at the Ninth Grade Center (NGC) entrance off Westbank Dr. to park between the NGC building and practice fields.
The visiting team will dress in Ninth Grade Center (NGC) locker room located in the NGC building.
Security:
Travis County Sheriff’s deputies, school officials and se- curity are assigned. Our chief of Security is Brent Kelly.
Visitor Pass Gate:
Visitor side of the stadium at the entrance to the field.
Sub-varsity Games:
All spectators sit on the home side of the stadium. Con- cessions and Restrooms available on the home side only.
