Our People Strategy









        The Hawksford People Strategy, approved by HGHL in May 2025, reflects our
        ambition to build a truly global, flexible, and unified workplace. Aligned with our
        company’s strategic pillars, brand values, and culture statement, this strategy sets
        the direction for the People Team over the next three years.


        Our goal is to foster a smart working culture - one where collaboration and flexibility

        are at the core, personal growth is actively supported, and careers are both
        rewarding and internationally oriented.


        The strategy is structured around three key pillars, all underpinned by Brillant
