        The Hawksford People Strategy was approved at HGHL on 16th June 2021.


        Aligned with our global vision, company strategic pillars, brand values,
        and culture statement, this new strategy underpins the future direction of
        the People Team in the creation of a smart working culture where flexibility is
        fundamental, personal growth is supported, and careers are rewarding
        and global.


        The People Strategy will be delivered over the next three years, and comprise
        the five pillars outlined on the pages that follow.
