Ginger Lime Dressing
With temperatures rising and summer just around the corner. This tangy
and refreshing dressing is the perfect foil for a crisp watermelon
salad, pork belly or even a nice piece of grilled fish.
Makes around 1 pint How to
¼ Cup Light Brown Sugar Combine all ingredients in a blender
½ cup Rice Wine Vinegar and process on high.
½ Cup Fresh Lime Juice Strain through a fine mesh strainer.
4 teaspoons grated ginger This will hold for a week in the
10 Cilantro Stems, washed refrigerator.
1 Clove of garlic, minced
2/3 cup oil
1/4 cup sesame oil
Salt to taste
