Dear Members,

We are pleased to present you with the Corpus Christi Country Club
Renovation Project. This project has been thoroughly planned and

researched to provide the Members with the best outcome for our
Country Club. We conducted a survey on the needs of the Club,

commissioned a Capital Reserve Study and hired experts to put
together a Full Structural Report. While we are still awaiting some of

those results, we have put together this packet to provide you with
as much information to vote on this Renovation Project.

These Renovations will cover areas such as the Front Foyer,
Ballroom, Regency, Grill, Pub, Pub Restrooms, Pool Porch, Pool Area,

Locker Room Amenities, Women's 19th Hole, Burke Room, Tennis
Facility, Golf Course and Parking Lot. Our hope with the renovation

is to provide the best experience for all of our demographics.

The CCCC is one that many may call a second home and while it
has plenty of nostalgia currently, we want to continue to make the
Corpus Christi Country Club a second home for generations to

come. We have provided information on the potential improvements,
existing conditions of the Club, a breakdown of the Renovation Plan,

Project Costs, Financing Assumptions and the Benefits of the
Project.
