Positioning for Success
Indoor and outdoor casual dining experiences for both adults and families
The desire for clubs to be a casual drop-in place where members can gather and socialize in
different areas with limited restriction to families and children
Upgrading the current dining outlets to offer a seamless experience
Convenient food and beverage options while playing a round of golf
Upgraded tennis facilities
The conditions of court surfaces and the experience
Overall aesthetics of the club facilities
Upgraded Clubhouse amenities
The overall course experience
Lifestyle trends and demographics continue to change in ways that will affect the private club
world. Only those clubs that are the most responsive and well-maintained will be positioned to
succeed. That is why we are planning for the future.

Expanded pool deck
CCCC Expanded on amenities for children at the pool
Dining Issues
Dedicated area for families with same service as Burke Room and Pub
Furniture in most outlets
Pub space too small with sound issues
Outside dining is limited
