             T E R I Y A K I   S A U C E






       Ingredients




       *Yields 1 Pint


          ½ cup light soy sauce
          ¼ cup brown sugar

          1 ½ teaspoons fresh ginger, minced
          1 teaspoon garlic, minced
          1 tablespoon honey
          1 teaspoon sesame oil
          3 tablespoons mirin
          ¼ cup water mixed with 3 teaspoons
          cornstarch




       Directions


                                                                                         Notes



         1. In a pot whisk to combine all ingredients
          and bring them to a boil over medium
          heat.
        2. Lower the heat and simmer for 4
          minutes.
        3. Remove from the heat and reserve.
        4. This will hold in the refrigerator for 7-10
          days.
