Chermoula
Chermoula is like a distant cousin to Chimichurri. It is an herb marinade/dressing that is used widely in
the Mediterranean. It is primarily used in seafood preparations but it is versatile and can be used in
salads, meats and vegetables. It pairs great with anything grilled or even steamed. The next time you
want to reach for chimichurri in a recipe give this chermoula recipe a shot. I think you will be happy to
add it to your repertoire.
