Under no circumstances should employees feel that they need to place themselves at
risk to fulfill business needs. Since this policy does not require any employee to use a
PCD while driving, employees who are charged with traffic violations resulting from the
use of their PCDs while driving will be solely responsible for all liabilities that result from
                such actions.

Texting and e-mailing while driving is prohibited in all circumstances.

                INTERPERSONAL EMPLOYMENT
Big River has an open-door policy. Questions, ideas, suggestions, concerns, problems,
complaints, etc., should be brought to the attention of management. Big River believes
that teamwork is essential to success. Constructive criticism helps provide the basis for
improvement. If conflicts arise, it is best resolved when those involved talk directly. It is
best to handle a problem or express a concern immediately instead of having it
continue or escalate. Issues that are unable to be handled independently are
recommended to be reported first to you supervisor whenever possible.

                Civility
To reduce personal conflicts, you are required to apply and practice civility. Civility
means you will not exhibit conduct that is rude, discourteous, not businesslike, offensive,
name-calling, gossiping, backbiting, or that disparages employees.

                Insubordination or non-cooperation
Insubordination, unlawful or improper conduct, uncooperative behavior, refusal to
comply with orders or perform work, among other on-the-job conduct adversely
                impacting operations will be prohibited.

                Disruptive Behavior
Disruptive, disorderly conduct, creating a disturbance or discord such as roughhousing,
dangerous conduct or bad behavior that is not protected by the NLRA will be
                prohibited.

                Disloyalty or self-enrichment
Employees shall not engage in conduct that constitutes a conflict of financial interest,
such as engaging in competition with the company, taking actions that are not in the
company’s best interests, or using the company for personal gain. These activities that
can undermine the company’s reputation and integrity, and cause employees to
doubt the fairness of personnel actions shall be prohibited.

                Confidentiality
Do not disclose confidential financial data, or other non-public proprietary company
information. All property of Employer including documents, records, drawings,
summaries, procedure manuals, handbooks, etc... must be returned should your
                employment be discontinued.
