HANDBOOK ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

This signature page is to acknowledge that I have reviewed Big River’s Employee
Handbook. I understand that it describes important information regarding my
employment with Big River.

This document supersedes all prior oral or written policies.

I understand that it is my responsibility to acquaint myself with the Employee Handbook
and to abide by all information in this handbook since I am governed by it.

I acknowledge that I have read and understand the contents of the Employee Hand-
book. These policies are a general guideline to acceptable conduct. I agree to
comply with the policies in this handbook as well as future handbook revisions. I also
acknowledge that I have had my questions regarding the handbook satisfactorily an-
swered by Human Resources and/or my supervisor/manager.

I understand that Big River maintains a policy of employment-at-will and that this
handbook is not, nor is it meant to be, construed as a contract with me or any other
employee. Likewise, I understand that I am free to leave the company at any time for
any reason.

Since the information, policies, and benefits described in this handbook are subject to
change, I understand that the company, at its sole discretion, can change the policies
at any time without prior approval or notice.

May request a hard copy version. Current version is always located within ADP.
