   SPEAKERS Matthias Reiss
System Engineer / Cabin and Cargo Engineering, Airbus
Matthias Reiss works as a System Engineer in the
Design Of ce for Galleys and Stowages within
Airbus Cabin and Cargo Engineering. He is the
project leader of the R&T project Cabin Waste
Management and various other innovation
projects within the cabin and cargo perimeter.
Matthias won several awards such as the Crystal
Cabin Award 2017 for the Retrolley. Previously, he was responsible for the development of electrical galley inserts and their integration into the galley and the aircraft network.
Luciana Ribeiro Monteiro
R&D Analyst, Embraer
Luciana Ribeiro Monteiro joined Embraer
in 2000 and over the past nine years has
worked in the R&D area. She is responsible for
technological forecasting in new concepts of
interior design, development of future scenarios,
trend analysis and developing and implementing
the prospective portfolio. Luciana also coordinates
several developments on sustainable design.
Previously she spent four years at Embratel (Empresa Brasileira de Telecomunicações) in the control group of satellites Brasilsat and was a responsible leader at the BMW Foundation in 2014. Luciana is an astronomer at the Observatório do Valongo in Brazil and holds a Masters degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Brazil’s Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica
Lars Rinne
Director Business Development, Paperclip Design
Lars Rinne is an entrepreneur with a passion for connecting the worlds of  nance and engineering. He takes pride in providing value to consumers with technical products and ensures that product, strategy and business model are aligned.
Lars graduated in banking and  nance in Germany
and holds an MBA from the Hong Kong University of
Science and Technology. Having worked on various international assignments, as well as business consulting with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and restructuring for manufacturing companies, he is responsible for business development and strategy at Paperclip Design.
Edward Rowley
Head of Ancillary Services Category Management – Retail & Connectivity, Lufthansa Group
Edward Rowley has held various positions in the Lufthansa Group since 2010. He has managed
the in- ight sales and retail partnerships at SWISS International Air Lines since 2012 and has been responsible for the ancillary business areas Retail
& Connectivity for Lufthansa Group Airlines (Lufthansa, Austrian, SWISS) since 2016.

        Michael Ruet,
Head of Advertising and Partnerships, Joon
Michael Ruet took the leadership of
Commercial Activities for Air France KLM and
Delta for Switzerland, Austria and Balkans
countries in 2012, going on to expand his
in uence to the group strategy in all Central
and Eastern European Countries. Building on this
experience, Michael joined the fantastic adventure
of launching a new airline in summer 2017.
Following studies in France and in Canada, Michael joined Air France in Germany and for eight years held several management positions in sales and marketing. He then joined the Revenue Management Pricing Strategic team of the Air France KLM Group in Paris and in Rome.
Scott Savian
Executive Vice President, ZEO, Zodiac Aerospace
With 25 years at Zodiac Aerospace, Scott originally graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and received an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
After moving to California from Boston, he
worked at a small design  rm, leaving him with an
indelible impression of the importance of design. After
involvement in many in uential interior programmes, in 2000 he moved into Sales & Marketing, then later as EVP of Customer and Product, he formally established ZEO; the ultimate culmination of Zodiac Aerospace’s longstanding and in uential design and innovation studio. ZEO brings forth a unique combination of engineering, industrial design, and mockup/prototyping capability in its 3,000sqm facility in Huntington Beach, California.
Mariya Stoyanova
Director Product Development, JetBlue
Mariya Stoyanova is Head of Product
Development at JetBlue, where she oversees
the customer experience from the tarmac
to 30,000 feet. Her team is responsible for
designing new customer products, including
Mint, the airline’s award-winning premium cabin
offering. Before joining JetBlue, Mariya worked on
process optimisation in the charter aviation business,
where she focused on developing innovative ways of delivering services.
Cristian Sutter
Cabin Design and Development Lead for B787 and A350 Programs
Cristian Sutter is a Senior Industrial Designer
specialized in aircraft cabin design with over
a decade of experience working for major
airlines and VIP completion centres worldwide.
He has created cabin design solutions and
concepts for economy, business,  rst class and VIP
cabins for narrow and wide body aircrafts including the
Airbus A380, A350 and Boeing 787 Dreamliner.
Throughout his career Cristian has worked from the initial design briefs translating airline branding strategies, future scenarios and lifestyle trends into innovative cabin and seating designs; through the engineering development and  nal certi cation phases; achieving a seamless transition from inception to a successful product implementation regarding the passenger  ying experience and branding touch-points.
