Day  20 : Cleanse : Nutrition : 2 Day Cleanse Diet

               Nutrition
               Cleanse Diet For Two Days

               After you have reintroduced gluten it's important to "clean the slate" and set your body up for testing
               the next possible irritant: dairy.
               Meal Plan
               Wakeup
               Large glass of hot water with lemon
               + Flax Seed Cocktail
               Breakfast
               Shake with 2 Tablespoons flax oil or coconut oil
               Veggie stir-fry (optional)
               Detox tea
               Or other on plan item/recipe
               Mid Morning
               Soaked nuts & seeds
               Or other on-plan item/recipe
               Lunch
               Cilantro soup
               Or other on-plan item/recipe
               Mid Afternoon
               Shake, if hungry
               Or other on-plan item/recipe
               Dinner
               Warm Water with Lemon (20 min before dinner)
               Gentle Lentil Soup
               + Oven Roasted Carrot Fries
               Detox tea
               Or other on plan item/recipe
               Dessert
               Baked Apple
               Or other on plan item/recipe (optional)
               Bedtime
               Flax Seed Cocktail

               Reintroduce Dairy
               Eat dairy three times throughout the day and then notice how you feel. To reintroduce dairy try having a
               glass of milk in the morning and and again with lunch and dinner. You can also have a couple slices of
