As a Sr. Mechanical Engineer, Nick’s responsibilities include defining project
mechanical requirements, conducting field surveys, completing engineering
calculations and analysis, preparing drawings and specifications and providing
support during construction.
Nick has significant experience in the engineering and design of mechanical and
plumbing systems for educational facilities, commercial, industrial facilities,
hospitality applications and data centers. Nick’s engineering experience includes
load calculations, life cycle analysis, and energy studies to determine the most cost
effective and energy efficient solutions for each project. Nick completes his
calculations and analysis using the latest load and modeling software. His design
experience includes selecting HVAC systems, sizing and designing HVAC
ductwork and mechanical piping, plumbing system and selecting and specifying
mechanical equipment. Nick’s experience also includes conducting extensive field
surveys to document existing conditions. He is also familiar with local and national
mechanical and building codes and is a LEED Certified Professional.
Nick’s strengths include his ability to simplify complex issues and communicate
with the project team. He is also a natural leader. His technical skills coupled with
his communication and leadership skills make Nick an asset to any project.
