Design Statement: Bernardon provided conceptual
architectural and landscape architectural design services
for a seven-story, 145,000 SF graduate student housing
project in the University City neighborhood of Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania. The design solution includes more than 250
beds in a mix of one- and two-bedroom suites with bed-bath
parody.
The ground floor, mixed use space consists of a 7,000 SF
childcare center with vehicular drop off and a 6,000 SF
outdoor play zone. Underground parking is also provided.
The highlight of the amenity space is a 10,000 SF rooftop
terrace with panoramic skyline views.
