Campus Edge Mixed Use and Student Housing Development
Owner/User: Campus Edge, LLC
Location: Newark, Delaware
Design Statement: Bernardon provided architectural
design services for two, three-story, multi-unit, mixed use
buildings comprised of a total of 22 units. Campus Edge
provides additional student housing options for students of
the University of Delaware.
The West Building is comprised of approximately 8,000
SF per floor, while the East Building totals approximately
12,000 SF per floor.
The ground level includes parking under both buildings with
4,800 SF of retail space at the East Building.
