Location: Cherry Hill, New Jersey
Design Statement: Bernardon provided architectural
design services for this multifamily residential project. The
project consists of adaptively re-using the former Garden
State Racetrack and transforming it into a mixed-use,
transit-oriented development that will reimagine active
adult living in this lively Philadelphia suburb. The project
is in close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and a transit
hub and consists of 507 active adult residential units in a
four-story residential structure and four different detached
garage buildings.
The building design will be replicated in sixteen locations
on the campus of The Plaza Grande.
