Optional Services 03: Fire Pump Design and
Specifications
Engineering services to prepare fire pump design and
specifications, jockey pump, fire pump controller,
ventilation system, equipment power, floor drain, and
integration with the fire alarm system.

Optional Services 04: Land Development
Coordination
The Land Development Coordination services we
provide are a function of the complexities of the
site and the objective and subjective review of the
agencies that will be involved in the review of your
sketch plan and land development application. We
can assist you and your Civil Engineer at the Planning
Commission and Board of Supervisors meetings as
may be required.

We will provide the following services as part of these
Optional Services:

■ Attend Planning Commission meetings and/or
Board of Supervisors meetings as required.
■ Provide assistance to your legal counsel and
Civil Engineer relative to obtaining Preliminary/
Final Land Development approvals that may be a
prerequisite for obtaining a building permit.

Since the permit and approval processes are subject
to numerous review agencies and outside influences,
it is difficult to estimate the level of our involvement
at this time. Therefore, we propose to provide these
Land Development Coordination services on an hourly
basis at the hourly rates included in this proposal.
