Bernardon will provide architecture and interior
design services to BFC. As is customary with most
design firms, we will retain the services of consulting
engineers for structural and mechanical, plumbing,
electrical and fire protection (MPEFP) engineering
services. Based on our successful past relationship
collaborating on many projects as a team, we have
invited MacIntosh Engineering, of Wayne, PA, to
provide structural engineering services. We have
assumed that conventional spread footings are
adequate to support the building loads.

We have also invited McHugh Engineering
Associates Inc., of Ambler, PA, to provide MPEFP
engineering design services. The MPEFP systems
design will include the following:
