within the existing two-building structure, so an addition
was designed to turn the two disjointed buildings into one
seamless structure.
To maximize the use of the site’s natural features and give
Saint-Gobain the desired outdoor amenities, exterior design
features were added including a terrace at the main entry level
with a canopy and an open-air amphitheater with a beautiful
cascading fountain. The design team also reinvigorated an
existing pond with a new adjacent patio and enhanced at
least 1.3 miles of existing walking trails that circulate the
surrounding woods, providing
