FinTech Building at STAR Campus
Owner/User: Delaware Technology Park
Location: Newark, Delaware
Design Statement: Bernardon is providing design
services for the FinTech Building located at the STAR
Campus of the University of Delaware (UD). The six-story,
106,000 SF building aims to foster collaboration between
academic, business, and governmental segments of the
financial world, with a focus on technology applications.
Approximately half the building will be leased to UD’s
College of Engineering and Alfred Lerner College of
Business and Economics.

Construction will begin in early 2020, with completion
in late 2021.
