Bernardon also provided design for the renovation of the
core and shell of the Pavilion Building, which now boasts
a completely re-imagined entrance and lobby featuring a
structural glass curtain wall. As a result of its successful
transformation, Delaware-based industrial water treatment
company Solenis relocated their global headquarters to The
Pavilion Building.

Projects that are currently in design by Bernardon on-site
include a mixed-use building that contains apartments, retail,
and parking with plentiful amenity access to the residents of
the site. Two additional retail buildings are also planed that Lot H Parking Garage
will begin to provide a framework for the development’s main
North-South Avenue.
