Centre Square Commons
Owner/User: Kinsley Construction, Inc.
Location: Blue Bell, Pennsylvania
Design Statement: Bernardon provided master planning,
architectural design, and hardscape design services for
an 96,9600 SF retail neighborhood shopping center. This
exceptional redevelopment project transformed a collection
of unconnected properties into a community town center
that not only reflects the vision of the Whitpain Township’s
comprehensive plan, but also reestablished the heart of
Centre Square Commons.

with wide sidewalks and landscaped green space .
