Lime Spring Farms
Owner/User: Oak Tree Development Company
Location: Lancaster County, Pennsylvania
Design Statement: Lime Spring Farm is located in East
Hempfield Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania,
adjacent to Rohrerstown. The property is composed of
approximately 195 acres. The property is currently zoned
Agricultural Holding (AH); however, it is located within a
Growth Opportunity Area.
Bernardon prepared a master plan for Lime Spring
Farm that depicted a successful re-zoning strategy and
created a development concept of a mixed-use community
composed of approximately 50,000 SF of commercial and
retail uses and a residential development of approximately
150 units.
