MSN PHARMACEUTICALS
Phase 1 of the MSN Pharmaceuticals project included 8,000 SF of

The project also includes new restrooms on first and second floor, a
DELIVERY METHOD: cafeteria added on first floor to support MSN project team, a new
Construction Management façade, new reception, lobby entrance, elimination of shipping and
receiving areas, and upgraded Power Services.
Phase 1B will included an interior fit-out of an existing shell space
and mezzanine levels to create new manufacturing suites and 10,000
SF of office areas including conference rooms and open seating. An
additional 43,000 SF of Nicomac clean rooms will house the new filling
and packaging equipment supported by Glatt. Additional loading
dock and receiving areas to support product storage and shipment.
