located on Route 896 in Newark, DE.
DESIGN PROFESSIONAL: With a strong emphasis on collaboration space, the facility will feature an
Bernardon entrepreneurship center, incubator space for software development and

much-needed workforce development for the Financial IT industry. The
DELIVERY METHOD: new facility will also house space for the University of Delaware’s Lerner
Design-Build
College of Business and Economics and the College of Engineering.
