Mike’s leadership skills and ability to exceed client’s
expectations have been crucial in the success of each
project he has worked on at Bancroft.
In his role of VP, Preconstruction Mike leads his team
of Estimators from Design through Preconstruction on LONGWOOD REIMAGINED
projects while assisting with procurement, logistics, LONGWOOD GARDENS
and target value design.
In addition, Mike has extensive experience working
on a variety of new construction, addition, renovation,
and site-work projects.
